As Design Lead for 3.5 years, I helped improve the Creative to Production process. With a small design team, we created new templates for client presentations and established design standards for everyone to reduce production delays. This new approach helped us avoid losing the account due to errors. I supervised a team of 10 to 12, managing concepts from our top-performing team to quickly produce up to 3 decks per week for various franchises all over the USA.

There is too much to show from Banners and fun campaigns but here are some samples to help see how my mind works. I worked with all offers, retouching supervision and layouts for OOH, all digital, a booklet and materials for Ronald McDonald House. I also helped build up moral with my mentorship based management style. Super proud of the team and the work we produced in a short time.

McDonald’s Deals Commercials

The project called for two sports to be combined so we worked with the team to create for the American and Spanish markets in Florida. Combining Soccer / Futbol and American Football. Using the sports announcer VO and products it was a fun project to art direct and truly collaborate with the team.

McDonald’s Summer Drinks Bus King

The client wanted something fun and colorful for a one off bus ad. This Fillmore Concert Poster idea was my recommendation. It was so successful it turned out they wanted more buses a few more times and which turned got more budget for a Full Bus Wrap on different size buses to extend this small campaign.
